Warranty
Every RADICA camper is covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer.
Radica Limited ("Radica") warrants to Buyer that for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase of the camper (the "Warranty Period"), the camper, accessories installed by Radica, and/or component parts incorporated into the camper (collectively the "Camper") will materially be free from defects in materials, general structural integrity, and workmanship (the "Product Warranty"). This Product Warranty shall be the sole and exclusive warranty with respect to the Camper and there shall be no other implied or express warranties applicable to the Camper. The Product Warranty shall be Buyer's exclusive remedy for a defective Camper. "Buyer" means the original purchaser of the Camper.
Making A Claim
(a) Buyer shall notify Radica, in writing, of any alleged claim or defect within 30 business days from the date Buyer discovers, or upon reasonable inspection should have discovered, such alleged claim or defect — and in any event before the expiration of the Warranty Period.
(b) Buyer shall ship or otherwise deliver, at its sole expense and risk of loss, the allegedly defective Camper to Radica's facility at 470 E. 76th Avenue, Unit B, Denver, Colorado 80229 for inspection and testing. If returning the Camper is not practical, indicate so in the defect notice — Radica will use reasonable efforts to find another service provider in Buyer's vicinity, with Radica retaining sole discretion in selecting the designated provider.
(c) If inspection reveals the Camper does not conform to the Product Warranty, Radica shall, at its expense, repair or replace the defective Camper in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. If an accessory or part is deemed defective, Radica will ship the repaired or replaced part and repair kit, if applicable, to Buyer's designated delivery location.
Exceptions
The Product Warranty does not apply if Buyer reconstructs, repairs, alters, or replaces the camper or accessory, in whole or in part, except through Radica-designated service providers. In addition, the Product Warranty does not cover a Camper that:
(a) has normal wear and tear and cosmetic flaws — including rust, corrosion, pitting, broken lights, or loose handles; (b) has been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, improper installation by Buyer, improper storage or handling, abnormal physical stress, abnormal environmental conditions, or use contrary to Radica's instructions; (c) has been reconstructed, repaired, or altered by persons other than Radica or approved providers; (d) has been used with third-party products or hardware not approved in writing or installed by Radica; (e) damage from road and off-road conditions — including rocks, debris, potholes, road salt, freezing, or other Force Majeure conditions; or (f) incidental expenses related to damages deemed consequential or indirect.
