How It Works

Production

We'll need your install location at final invoice payment — due 30 days before estimated completion.

Install

HQ installs are scheduled when your camper enters production. Vendor-shop campers ship with the next truckload to that shop (Oregon roughly monthly, North Carolina every other month), then you schedule with the shop.

Price

HQ install is free Monday–Thursday. Vendor-shop pricing includes shipping and install during their hours; scheduling runs through the location installing your camper.

How is the camper installed?

We install using the included heavy-duty truck bed clamps, lay down the truck bed seal, and wire the brake light and side markers when your truck has a 4-pin or 7-blade connector port. Easy.

How long does installation take?

Usually 1–2 hours — about an hour to seal the bed, clamp the camper down, and handle the lights when the truck connection supports it.

Can I install it myself?

We recommend install by RADICA or an approved location. It's fast — usually under 60 minutes — and lets us make sure the seal, clamps, and lights are handled correctly.

Do you ship to my state?

We don't ship campers straight to a driveway. Every camper is built in Colorado and can ship to approved vendor shops for trained install.

How does shipping to a vendor shop work?

We build your camper in Colorado and ship it to the approved location for install. Vendor-shop pricing includes shipping and install during that shop's hours; shipping timing depends on when trucks go out — usually one per month.

How does the process work from order to pickup?

When your final invoice is paid, you select your install location. HQ installs schedule when the camper enters production; vendor-shop installs schedule once the camper ships from our shop.
