1 - DEPOSIT 

• Orders placed between June 2nd - 19th are marked for the sale. SALE APPLIED TO FINAL INVOICE.
• $1,000 deposit secures your spot in the build queue for 14 days.
• $500 of the deposit is non-refundable (as stated in the Refund Policy)
• This deposit applies to Rover only. 
• You will be able to modify the options after placing a deposit.
• Current Estimated Completion - (3-5 Weeks once invoice is paid) July, 2026. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• The final invoice is due 14 days after placing the deposit to solidify your production placement. If you need more time, your estimated start date will bump down every week until final payment is made. 
• This deposit will be applied to your final invoice.

2 - BUILD

• After you place your deposit, our team will reach out the next business day with a welcome email.
• We will then work with you on options and build your final invoice.
• When it is time, the final invoice can be paid via ACH payment through our secure invoicing software online.
• If you wish to pay with a Credit Card or Debit Card, there will be a 2% processing fee on the remaining balance. There is no CC fee for the production deposit.
• Sales are final once the final invoice is paid. We will start preparing your build to enter production!
• 30 days before production start, we will check in and see if you want to add any options.

3 - INSTALL

• Campers are installed at our location or one of our vendor shops. Location will be agreed upon before the final invoice is paid.
• Install dates cannot be scheduled until camper enters production. Insulated campers take longer and install cannot be scheduled until insulation has started. Custom built campers take time to build from our talented team, estimates are not guaranteed dates. 
• We can store the camper once it is completed to install at your convenience.
• Standard Install Times: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm included in price
• Friday/ Weekend Installs: Extra $150 fee
