• Orders placed between November 3rd - 29th to get $1,250 off MLX or $600 off ML on your final invoice. 

DEPOSIT 

• $2,000 deposit secures your spot in the build queue.
• $500 of the deposit is non-refundable (as stated in the Refund Policy)
• This deposit applies to both MoonLander or MoonLander X. 
• You will be able to modify the model and options after placing a deposit.
• Current Estimated Completion - (2 to 3 Months) January, 2026. This is an estimate. It could be slightly sooner or later.
• This deposit will be applied to your final payment, which is due 30 days before the estimated week production starts. 

PROCESS

• After you place your deposit, our team will reach out the next business day with a welcome email.
• You do not need to finalize your options yet. You will use the online configurator closer to production to choose options.
• When it is time, the final invoice can be paid via ACH payment through our secure invoicing software online.
• If you wish to pay with a Credit Card, there will be a 2% processing fee on the remaining balance. There is no CC fee for the production deposit.
• Sales are final once the final invoice is paid. We will start preparing your camper to enter production!
• Installs are scheduled once the camper is completed.

INSTALL

• Campers are installed at our location or one of our vendor shops. Location will be agreed upon before the final invoice is paid.
• Install dates can not be scheduled until camper enters production. Insulated campers take longer and install can not be scheduled until insulation has started. Custom built campers take time to build from our talented team, estimates are not guaranteed dates. 
• We can store the camper once it is completed to install at your convenience.
• Standard Install Times: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm included in price
• Friday/ Weekend Installs: Extra $150 fee
